There is no any plan for voice call only by Jio for Smart Phone in current days. So you are not able to do recharge only for call.

But you make a recharge Rs129 in this plan you have unlimited all india call and also you will get 2 gb internet.

So this is only very cheapest plan in jio currently available in the current days so I hope it help you.
