This massive tourist has not been seen before in the Red Fort. There was so much crowd yesterday because of the occasion of 75 years of Amrit Mahotsav, ASI has free all the monuments of India till 15 August.
If you not know about that on the occasion of Amrit Mahotsav 75th Independence Festival, the entry of tourists to all the monuments including the Taj Mahal is free until August 15, which has increased the number of visitors to visit Taj Mahal. However, due to friday, the entry of tourists was closed. Tourists can only visit around the Taj Mahal area. And also there was massive crowd in Agra Fort, Itmaddaula and Sikandar Memorial.
The second reason is that as you know, every Friday the Taj Mahal remains closed. Due to the closure, all the tourists who came to visit the Taj Mahal got Disappointed, due to tourists got upset and they decided to visit Red Fort and started going to see .
For this reason, a Huge crowd gathered at the Red Fort and traffic jam start. As you can see in the image Below how crowded it is.
and the one more reason is due to raksha bandan holiday and on the occasion of raksha bandan government free transport so that why more people come to see this monument.
